JQuery plugin uninstalled, including jQuery-1.4.4.min.js directly.
This leave Grails taglibs to use prototype.
Including jQuery before other javascript libs prevents conflicts and allows jQuery plugins and code to use 'jQuery' instead of '$' variable.
